Shipping

We currently ship within Australia from our studio in Melbourne. Every print is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Cost: Standard Post Australia-wide is a flat A$13 per order. Courier options (AlliedExpress) are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders: estimated timeframes are shown on the product page. We’ll let you know if anything changes.

Returns & refunds

Because our prints are made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@bloomia.au as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under that law.
